If they provide relevant information, they improve their visitor-relationships. Why? By trying to make the venues as easier and comfortable as possible for all, they demonstrate they are aware of the efforts made by the visitors to come. Moreover, they improve internal information flows process and give a more sustainable image.

BENEFIT FOR THE VISITORS

By knowing better the final destination, doubt and stress decrease strongly. They are more aware that coming by bicycle is possible and easy. With relevant practical information, they spend less time to prepare their trip and find directly the right parking and entrance.

BENEFITS FOR THE SOCIETY

Great information enhance the use of infrastructure, equipments or services that cost millions of public Euros. And as information are provided by the organizations that welcome visitors, local governments do not support any additional cost.
